14 Warriors, Shields, Musician, Standard, MoN- 272 pts

25 Marauders, Flails, Full Command, MoN- 175 points

6 Horsemen, Flails, MoS, Musician- 106 points

7 Knights, Musician, Standard Bearer, War Banner, MoN- 365 points

3 Dragon Ogres- 195 points

Shaggoth- 265 points

2015 points so far. I can add a couple of small units, round out existing ones or add a fourth character. Battle plan is to use the Marauders to screen the warriors flank. Warriors march up the table with the wizards in the middle reducing the enemy line. My M7 guys (knights, dragon ogres, shaggoth) attack one flank with the horsemen in support.

YO DAKKA DAKKA!

More foot core. As cheap as you like.

That means put another block of marauders in there for good measure.

I'd be more tempted to put the Shaggoth on the opposite flank myself. He's a big, threatening target, and can neatly nip in to negate ranks should the Marauders bite off more than they can chew. Bunging all your fast stuff on a single flank is a good way to have it avoided.

Ogres and monsters never do as well as they should head on. If they cause fear they can be a charge deterrent, but support is what they excel at. Basically agreeing with Dr. Grot's, Nick.

I think this list has a nice bit of punch, and nice nurgley resilience, but just not enough tricks for my liking.
