So I'm making a list, checking it twice, gonna find out who's Niddy or Nice. The Hive Mind's coming... The Hive Mind's coming.... to towwwwwn.

And Once I get my list down, I've got two different paint plan ideas... One, to me, sounds equally good, and equally lazy to me even though it feels like it would be difficult to do right.... and that's to treat the entire model like a basing project to try and get the ultimate camo effect.

But the idea I really like is reminiscent of the neon tetra fish in the fish tank. I want to go more skink than skink. Vivid, vibrant blues, reds, and oranges, teals blending to purple to red to oranges. I could swear I've seen a snippet of something on Animal Planet or The Discovery Channel about rain forest animals like this.. anyone have any ideas for real world inspirations? Tree Frogs are close but too yellow.

My WHFB armies were Bretonians and Tomb Kings.

Christmas Themed nids... GS up a few little hats. Maybe some fur around the wrists and feat/hooves that could be white. Make their carapace red with green "skin". Awesome...

This man approves.

Once upon a time, I told myself it's better to be smart than lucky. Every day, the world proves me wrong a little more.
