i have scratch built two models and done a conversion i am not very happy with but i dont have any pic so ill just walk you through building the easiest
and try to explain the other in detail so here it goes

first one is a necron guass pulse projector a small but effective landmine type deal
you use a round 25mm base, a guass cannon focusing array a round piece the same width or very close to the focusing array and the coils off the end of the guass cannon

ok you glue the focusing array onto the round bit, then you glue the round bit onto the base, then glue the coils to the side of the round bit so that they are touching the base with the skinny end. then spread white glue on the base and dip in sand you now have a necron gauss pulse projector

i will post how to make the anti aircraft gun later
