In knorne armies is all beserkers good or do you need CSM's to hold objectives, i hate to see a beserker squad sitting on a objective myself what does everyone else think.

ok, I run a list that consists of 90% berzerkers. I have found a few things. It does work. It usually works quite well. You lost most of your army, but its a blast to play with and most lists are not ready to handle that many running berzerkers.

For objective games here is what I have found: do not place any near yourself. deploy the objectives the best you can such that your opponent holds all of them at the start of turn one. Do this because, with a list like this, you cannot afford to have a squad of berzerkers chillin out on an objective and not helping. You need to be running toward your opponent, killing stuff, and then leaving the survivors on an objective.

This idea works in capture and control and sieze ground.

The only thing I have found that typically auto wings against berzerker horde is genestealer spam. If you fight genestealers, hode they do not have feeder tendrils and hide in terrain, or charge them and hope they dont rend.

Good luck with the berzerkers. Blood for the Blood God!

Do you use Land Raiders in your Khorne build? I'd think Zerkers inside Land Raider holding the objective by camping on top of them would do really well. Especially if those LRs had Daemonic Possession and Havoc Launchers for hordes.

Once upon a time, I told myself it's better to be smart than lucky. Every day, the world proves me wrong a little more.

sometimes I use LRs. But many times I just take a horde of 50-70 berzerkers. No transports.

Frenzied Berserker Terminator

I've found a mechanised Khorne army to be quite effective so far. My current build is something along the lines of:

- Chaos Lord (I use Kharn's rules to represent mine, but you can sub your favourite Lord here)
- 3x8 Berzerkers in Rhinos with Champions (2 powerfists and 1 power weapon)
- 5 Terminators with IoK and possessed Land Raider
- 2x Defilers

Comes to a fairly tidy 1750pts, give or take. The Terminators have been almost useless in my games so far, but I'm still hesitant to take them out since they can draw plenty of fire. You can also sub the Defilers for Oblits to taste--probably the more effective option, but less Khornate in my eyes.
