1. Do vehicle gun drones count as a seperate KP when they disembark from a vehicle either normally or if the vehicle is destroyed?

2. Do Tau sniper teams, if taken three to a single choice count as three KPs?

3. If a commander takes 2 bodyguard how many KPs is the unit worth? 1 or 3?

This is debatable - Many replies from GW come out saying No; however, until FAQed, the "official" tournament ruling seems to be that Gundrones on a vehicle count as a separate unit, and hence give out a separate KP.

Three KPs. Each team is a seperate unit. One KP per "unit"

I'm not entirely sure, but I believe they would give up 2 KPs... one for the Commander, who is an IC, and 1 for his Bodyguards.

1. This is debatable. I think most people will say it does and the FAQ for this years GT says they count as KP.

2. 3 KP, one for each team.

3. 2 KP, one for the commander and one for the team of bodyguards.

where has GW said this? If they do count as KPs that makes pirana worthless, giving an opponent a possible 2 KPs per 60pt vehicle.

After i posted i realized the sniper teams would count as ! KPs each.

It's simple. If it operates as a separate unit, then it gives a Kill Point. Conversely your 60 point Piranha has two units that can contest objectives, not just one.

Here you can see the FAQ for this years GT:

Drones deploying of Piranhas would form a unit so each unit of Piranhas would be 2 KP.
