First off let me say Welcome to the dark side, and i wish you much success in the raping of your foes. With that said First unless you play against lots of MC's For the Archon I prefer the Punisher with the Tormentor helm, At Str 4 you'll be wounding most things on a 4+ or better then and you could go even higher with the Drugs if you really need to chop through a Marine character. Going the right direction with drugs on the archon and don't be afraid to take 3 or more a turn. The whole idea with dark eldar is that every unit you set down on the table is going to die, therefor you just need to make sure they get their due before they go down. ( You may hear the Dark Eldar being called the Glass Hammer and for good reason, we hit hard and Die fast) Second Raiders get horrorfex's I mean holy crap the amount of pinning you can get to happen with that weapon is insane, you hit 3 marines with the template and they're taking a test at LD 6. Easy lock down on units with that thing. And on the Raiders they are far cheaper than buying Sybarite + terror. Take those points and buy a splinter cannon or Dark lance for your raider squads. Don't worry about the loss of CC in the Raider squads without a Sybarite your opponent is going to have enough to worry about with the Talos, Archon and two Wych squads popping out of the Webways (i'm guessing that's the idea). You might also want to get Blasters for the Wych's as cheap as they are you get some good tank power in case you end up with no other targets nearby, they are also good at softening up a MEQ squad which wyches do have a little trouble with the low str vs. good armor hurts. Also don't forget that even armed with the Blaster wych weapons still count as 2 CC weapons so they keep their extra attack. Dis Ravagers are a good touch those things eat anything on foot alive and will be good if you come across a chaos army with Nurgle or other high toughness units. The Talos you might have mixed results with. Coming out of the webway he should work but if you ever deploy him don't get blinded by the Talos Stings stats, it is perhaps one of the most useless weapons in the game and you might see it kill 1-3 models a game, best off run till you can assault. Personally i'm not a big fan of 20 man warrior squads for a few reasons. One you are limiting one of the Dark Eldars key strengths and thats cheap Dark Lances, more more more. Two with the easy to kill models you have you will want to hide you troops in or behind cover so they get some saves, and it can be real tough to find a good place for 20 models without making them yummy yummy template bait. Hope some of this helps, you have a good solid army and what your running is very similar to my normal setups which i have a lot of succes with so i hope it works out as well for you. If you have fun with the Dark Eldar i'd suggest investing in a few incubi, I have taken out 20 man necron squad in one charge with a loaded out Archon + incubi alone, should have seen that guys face when half his army fell in one assault then started to count up his phase out total and sweat. If you ever do face Necrons the only thing you have to remember is ignore the Monalith. You don't have any weapons that can reliably hurt the thing so don't waste the shots, every Necron down is one step closer to phase out.

Well, the list looks quite good. But as the other poster, I'm not a fan of large Warrior squads. Usually, I take Sniper squads, 10 Warriors with 2 dark lances. I usually took two Haemonculi carrying the WWPs. But in 5th ed, lone ICs can be targeted even if they are not closest and so one needs other ways to deploy the portals. Thus I'd stick with the large Warrior squads.
The Wych Succubi should have trophy racks. These tiny little pieces of wargear often saved the lifes of my Wyches.
The Archon is fine. If you give him tormentor helmet and punisher you eventually overload him with drugs, since you could give him strength, reroll and +1A.

Well yeah you will eventualy over load on drugs but really I mean come on tell it isn't fun charging in balls to the wall. You have to have fun with it and in all honesty even running with a minimum of two average of 3 if not more i have i think once rolled triples once or twice and usualy don't take more than a wound anyway per game. Honestly at only str 3 if i ever lose my archon in CC it's to a Power fist or other high str weapon in which case wounds don't mean jack.
Also however cool the shadowfield is and don't get me wrong you have to take it but theres a reason you will hear people say it will fail every time on the first wound. And once that is gone your archon gets taken down by any gaurdsman who services your first onslought. Now if he gets accompanied by Incubi you have a little protection since unless your fighting some real Power squads your going to be cleaning off your archon with baby wipes to get all the blood off your models.
Just my personal feel on the issue. I know there are others but Laughing Maniacly as your archon rushes headlong into battle pumped to the gills with drugs is just fun and it tends to make your opponent get into the spirit of things.

Yeah, the shadow field is a must have. It fails after 3.5 saves on average. Therefore, send your Archon against tougher enemy units not against Guardsmen or Guardians.
