Hello everyone. Used to be a member long ago (early 00s) and I've been lurking for the last couple months. First new post. Yay me!

Anyway, I have been working on a conversion for an Eldar mini and I just cannot get the hang of green stuff. I can't seem to make it work at all. Its driving me absolutely bonkers. I have seen some of the amazing talent we have currently and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a commission conversion?

It would be a one-off job that would entail a small amount of greenstuff work. In a nutshell, I want to take an upright, standing model and convert him to be in a sitting pose. I was able to remove the legs in segments and re-build them to the desired positions however, this required that I rebuild the pelvic region and, as I said before, my greenstuff skills are not up to snuff.

Is there anyone willing/interested in taking on this commission (for a reasonable fee, of course)? I will provide more details when and if I get any interested parties.

In da big swirly fing

i cant do your commision but the job that youre doing isnt that hard. im not great with gs either. i made a dire avenger running though. i cut the legs in half, stuck a piece of gs to one of the legs, superglued the other one, and while it was still soft i pressed the torso into the legs.It made it a little wider but ultimatly it looked good you dont have to mold it specifically to make the pelvic region

Bump for this dude because I suck with GS too. I feel for him.

Can you wait? I'm already doing an Eldar conversion for someone else, but I could probably do it in a bit.

"This is TOO expensive." "I'm going TO the store, TO get some stuff."
"That is THEIR stuff." "THEY'RE crappy converters."
"I put it over THERE." "I'll go to the store THEN."
"He knows better THAN that." "This is NEW." "Most players KNEW that."

Yeah, I can wait. It isn't a crucial piece for my army. Its just a part of an objective for Apoc. I've been working on it for a few days and I am at an impasse now. I can work around him for a bit. Just toss me a PM when you're about ready, ok?
