Its the apothecary helmet form the command squad box set. It's additional sensors, vision lenses, infra red, night vision, lamp etc etc.

In the picture, a lot of what's on the side of the helmet looks rather flesh colored...

Good question ! Oh, just a couple of minor points, while I'm here, 1) Depending which part of the story you're drawing on, shouldn't the Company Standard and Ventris' own heraldry include "The White Rose of Pavonis ?" 2) Ventris cloak is supposed to be in the Company colour ( green ! ) (Both referenced from Warriors of Ultramar, Chap 1, Page 4 ) Other than that, sterling job, Gareth.
