Its nice to see a bunch of angles on completed commissions. It almost makes it worth the effort of editing them.

To sum up, the client wanted a detailed warhound titan with a unique hull shape and design. I think it turned out pretty good while still fits in with the 40k feel. More details of this commission can be seen in my signature.

Also, in an ironic twist on something you threatened to do previously, I'm going to make another promise.
If the package is not signed for, it will be returned to me. If it is returned to me, I will set out everything that is in the box of import and burn it. I will watch it go up in flames.
The video that I shoot of it will be posted to YouTube. I will email you a link, as well as post links to it in open forums.
Remember when you threatened me that, if I sent you anything, you'd burn it and send me a link to the video, Matthew? Well, this way, you'll get what you want (burned models), regardless - MagickalMemories

Wow. I have to say, I haven't always been a fan of your scratchbuilds, but that looks pretty fantastic. Nice stuff.

Looks very cool. New shape but still looks like a Warhound. How long does something like this take you to build?

this is a really good scratch build what i will say however is that i think the torso is to squat, it make sht elegs look a bit out of preportion.

The Imperium of Man is able to traverse the Warp with difficulty when their Emperor concentrates from his golden life support machine and lights the way. Unfortunately, because the Emperor has the attention span of the average 5-year-old Pokemon fanboy, this means that many an unfortunate Imperial ship has had the WTF WHERE'D THE LIGHTS GO experience, which in the Warp is invariably fatal.

That bad boy took me around 20 hours to build.

Funny you should say that, I actually increased the size of the torso as the original size was much shorter.

InquisitorFabius wrote:Well, my main thing is the Plasma Blastgun looks to short in barrel length.

Thats because the client didnt want the barrels extended at all. At the same time ive had clients that want the barrels way to far in my opinion. But what it comes down to is, what the client wants. Not what I want.

Lucky for me I tend to work on commissions late at night when there is nothing on tv to watch anyways. Insomnia sucks bigtime.. Sometimes I feel like edward nortons character from fight club, before he goes crazy that is..

Thanks Eric, youve made me blush like some little school girl after her first kiss.

Ive gotten a number of requests to show the scale of the warhound. I didnt have a chance to take any new pics, say with a marine, but I did have these but never got around to editing them.

Do you happen to have any WIP projects along the way? I'm especially curious how you connected the big flat sections at the corners (especially since they don't look like a common angle). Thanks.

Sadly I wont be painting it. Like almost all of the scratch build commissions I do, the client paints them.

Hi
I'm the client who comissioned this
I've established contact with Redstarone and so have edited this post accordingly
I didn't mean to speak ill of Redstarone or besmirch his reputation
the non-delivery issue was caused by the customs office
again, I'm personally sorry to Redstarone and for having caused a stir

Yes, they come apart for transport.
