ehh, could be cheesier.

What you need are daemon princes of slaanesh with wings with lash of submission, too. sorcerors can work as well. double meltaguns on the CSM squads, (better yet, make them plague marines, that would be better) with rhinos would also aid the cheesiness.

this list would probably be creamed by anything with a decent amount of ordnance. why? no troops, and no transports for those troops to help evade the ordnance. just sayin'...

it definetly has some cheese. So much so, I think it will be easy to deal with with some counter cheese. An eldar army could really do nasty things to this list. It will be difficult to take objectives. if someone can drop your two troops then the most you can hope for is a tie. It is a fun looking list but i wouldn't depend on it in a tournement setting.

Chaos can't do AV14 spam nearly as well as SM or Orks, thanks to lack of PoTMS. Your CSM squads also have no feasible way of taking or contesting objectives quickly. You also lack any real anti-tank, because you want those LRs moving instead of being 200+ point lascannon pillboxes.

Yeah, that list is extremely weak on good anti-tank.

Your 3 terminators squads lack any AT, and the enemy only has to avoid or blast the CSM squad with one melta off the board.

I doubt this list will work against anyone who has AT potshot landraiders. Each LR + 5 terminators is a whole 500 points.

So for each of your LR squads, the enemy can buy something like, 3 Attack bikes w/ 3 Multi-meltas (will destroy the landraider easy.) + 5 Devastators w/ 3 Lascannons + 5 Devastators w/ 2 Lascannons.

Once the pop your transport, you just have 5 footsloggin' things to take target practice at.

Add some powerfist or chainfist (if chaos get that option) terminators into each unit.

Currently, not a single terminator can hurt a tank with their lightning claws.

15 points to give a Chaos Terminator a chainfist, but well worth it IMO

The set-up for Chaos assault Terminators i prefer is 4xlightning claws and 1x chainfist+heavy flamer.

First of all, your list is a good start. Chaos actually do landraider spam better than anyone, but you need to get it right.

Here are some things you should know about LR spam lists that arent apparent at first sight:

Most horde armies cant deal with them because most horde armies cant kill landraiders. You survive by staying in your landraiders and outmanuvering them.

Demon Princes arent required for LR spam lists. Your transports offer more protection than a demon prince and you can probably find better stuff to spend the points on. Add to this that every singe S7> gun in your entire opponents army is going to be pointed at your DP then LR spam becomes one of the only chaos lists where a cheap lord or sorcerer is acceptable.

Lash of Submission is useless in a LD spam list. The likelyhood is that you dont have any blast markers, you bunching them together is pointless. You have an effective charge range of 20", so pulling them towards you is pointless. A Landraider has no firepoints, you unless you have an HQ outside your transports (which means theyre probably dead) you cant use it.

LD spam (particualrly for chaos) has real difficulty dealing with stuff in cover. Your landraiders cant drive through it and your terminators cant assault inot it without great risk to themselves. To solve this you really really need flamer templates. It will kill stuff that you will otherwise have problems with.

LD spam has no trouble with tanks. At minimum you have 6 TL-Lascannons, and although this probably isnt enough at 2000pts, it will give most mech armies a run for their money.

Now your army list.

Firstly you dont have enough scoring units, and those that you do have are vulnerable. You need to aim to have 3 at the barest minimum.

Youre spending far to many points on terminator champions (and yes you can make them all champions). What they accomplish at the moment, is killing horde (which shouldnt bother you anyway) and MEQs, which there are better ways to do. They probably dont need to be in Units of 5, 3 or 4 will do. They do need heavy flamers however.

You desperately need demonic possession on your LRs. Its what sets Chaos LR spam appart from the rest. Being able to ignore most of the vehicle damage table is fantastic.

A list like this would be better:
