Well, you might have problems with proper positioning and maneuvering of the Rhinos. Lol.

You might want to get some anti tank in there so, in case you rub ibto transports your 50 melyas will do something. (krak grenades don't count they're last resort)

Yup. Drop the DP (he's gonna get smoked Turn 1) for some cheapo lord, get some meltas, maybe a Berzerker squad for counter-assault, and you should be dandy.

I battled a guy with 6 Rhino squads, 5 moved onto the objectives in turn 1, while the 6th contained the Lord approaching my end zone.
My Seer Council cleared one objective after the other and at the end he had 1 Rhino squad left.

This is why you will lose tournaments with it.

I love seeing isolated 5 man squads when I play games. it means that I can go from objective to objective and wipe my opponent out.

Instead of trying to maxout and spam one thing, try to look at how your opponent will look at it; a bunch of really short-ranged weapons on flimsily small squads, and one BIG lascanon target flopping around in the back. I'd suggest beefing out a few of the squads so that they can take a few more hits, maybe toss a weapon on the champion so that they aren't insta-wiped when assaulted by anything competant, and get a few guns in the list that have a range longer than a boltgun.

Interesting idea will work great against things like orks and IG will get rolled by things with solid anti tank/ap3 and below shots like MEQ, Eldar/DE and Tau.

You will probly loose horribly in Kill point games thats just too many free kills with that many rhinos.

When the Axe comes down just pray your face isn't beneath it.

It has almost as many KPs as a Guard list. Why would you do that to yourself?

On the other hand, Rhinos are rather hard to take down thanks to cover and the new armor penetration table.
However, the army lacks punch.

I think mobile armies like mech eldar or mech tau would have a field day with this list. Also, around here where I play I see a lot of armies with 3 or more dreads. Those types of armies would be a nightmare. All those flamers seem really cool, but there is nothing to punch through armor besides the DP and he will be shot down on turn 1 or 2. I think there will be a lot of immobilised rhinos with small CSM squads getting eaten up. I would love to see it run into a ork horde army though. Just imagine the smell of all that burnt green flesh.

Fun build: Yes
Power Build: No

Too many Kill points

Not enough anti tank

Plus with all the rhinos what happens when half of them get popped in turn 1? Hard for the others to move.

So you're saying I need to make points available for dozer-blades?

Good idea!

In a kill point mission if your army gives up a lot of easy KPs you must be able to eliminate their entire army. In objective based missions you are going to be a hard nut to crack. Play some test games and work it out. I think your list has a lot of potential for sure.

You don't need any dozer blades.
