At some point in the future I'm going to undertake the making of a Daemon Princess, and, as is the norm it seems, I'm going to convert the body of either Severina or Sevora (whichever one has the sword). The problem is, neither of their heads fits the bill, so I'm going to need to cut the head off and replace it--but with what? I've looked at other Inquisitor figures, and none of those heads really do it for me, although Jena or the Daemon Huntress may work if all else fails. I've also considered one or two Reaper models.
Anyway, I'm hoping somebody can point me in the direction of a good 54mm scale head that preferably has a bit of daemon in it. Thanks in advance.

Khorne, Slaanesh, Nurgle or Tzeentch?

There could be something you need on the spawn sprue?
3 of the greater daemons come with two heads?
New plastic DP may have some options when it comes out?

She'll be Tzeentch or undivided--I dunno yet.
And I'm assuming that the Bloodthirster is the odd one that doesn't include an alternate head, because no one would choose the hideous head that I see in the pictures, right?
I'll check out the spawn sprue, but I'm hoping for something with a human semblance. The FW Keeper of Secrets' head is somewhat along the lines of what I'd like.
As for the new DP model, I imagine that all of the heads will be very male-ish, and likely will not work. But it will be out by the time I need the head, so I won't pass up looking at it nonetheless.
Thanks for the tips Alex.

From conversations with inquisitor players on the net the only 54mm female heads anyone could point out when I needed one for a severina conversion were these...http://www.greenwichgateway.com/hornetandwolf/Hornet/headsets/pages/HH10.htm, obviously I needed to resculpt the hair but they do fit the model perfectly. Other than that theres plenty of non gw 54mm models out there which you could take the head from, only you'd have to buy the whole model, and then theres the other gw female inquisitor models, which apart from the steve buddle one, aren't very good.

Actually, the non-GW ones are the ones I was hoping people would suggest. I'm looking, but it seems that all of the good female/demon faces are 25mm scale. And the face of Buddle's Jena model seems to me a bit...lopsided.

And unfortunately, all the heads at that link you gave me are all male, as are all the models at that site, as far as I looked, so I can't really use them.

for an easy conversion use Ariel from the Wood Elf range and a snake swarm. You can make a Medusa looking character... she would already have a nice set of wings to boot She'd be more likely a Slaneshy though...

arcane miniatures has some good ones, if you hunt through the full list of them. I was considering doing up a big daemon princess at one point for gaks and giggles, and remember finding one in there that I liked.

This one may have worked too. This one was also in my favourites, not sure about scale though.

There were a few here as well that I liked, I believe in the 40mm scale. Build her up on a bit of a scenic base if she isn't quite big enough. Again, you'll probably just have to add wings to any of these models, likely the best way to do it.

Looking again at the hasslefree miniatures, I remember thinking that the artemis or Tiriel model could look good and chaos-y with some creative greenstuffing. Artemis would make a good slaaneshi daemoness, with some skimpy armour added...maybe swapping her sword for a big daemon sword

You might want to check out the new big daemon by Troll Forged Miniatures when it's finished and released. Some teaser pictures can be found here

Sorry, but I can't find the model you're talking about. I went to the site, but there is no model named Ariel, for the Wood Elves or any other army. Can I get a link, maybe?

ATM, I don't have the time or energy to browse through all of the figures at that first link, but the Black Witch has the absolute perfect head. The model is great, too. I might have to buy two, one to cut the head off of, and another to paint as-is. The only problem I can see, though, is that, according to the scale picture, it's only 34mm tall, which makes it smaller than the 54mm Sevorina/Sevora, so the head may be a bit too tiny. I'm going to buy the sisters first, so I'll be able to compare then. But if the scale is right, then this is probably the model I'm going to buy!

That's a very grotesque, not-even-remotely-female model, and therefore not really what I'm looking for. Thanks anyway.

Thanks to everybody so far for your contributions. I haven't decided yet, and I'd love to see more options, so keep 'em coming.
