I have looked through the codex and saw it said that terminators can move and shoot heavy weapons and that got me thinking is it the same for dreads because termiators wear tactical DREADNOUGHT armour and wonder is it the same for a dreadnought.It's just a thought

Also for the record, the name of the fallacy in the OP is the fallacy of equivocation: assuming that the same word in two different contexts means the same thing (or that two different words mean the same thing).

If it weren't for the fallacy of equivocation, then Necron "Warriors" could use the rules of Dark Eldar "Warriors" (and vice versa), and you could claim that your whole 1500 point "force" is equipped with "force" weapons.
