Incorrect. The shadowseers power affects every enemy unit that wants to target the harlequins. The only units not affected are units that don't nominate the harlequins as a target (some very rare birds).

Otherwise, EVERY enemy unit that wants to shoot at the harlies has to roll sighting distance.

nice idea the shadow seer is with the falcon (unit) so you can't shoot it unless you're within 2D6x2" .... however i don't see this holding any water and would require a FAQ from GW (which i don't see this happening) ...

Oh, I see what you're saying. No, the shadowseer's power doesn't affect the falcon the harlies are riding in, because the falcon is a separate unit from the harlequins.

I thought you had a falcon or other vehicle that wanted to target the harlies.

Ah... no, the Shadowseer can't join a Falcon and form a unit with it. His power only protects himself and the Harlequin squad (and presumably any joined IC).

Easy answer.... The wording says any unit wishing to target the shadowseer and her unit.

Shadowseer isn't a falcon and a falcon isnt a shadowseer, no rules ever saying that a vehicle could join them... so if they are in the falcon, I am targeting the falcon.

blast, guess it doesnt work for Raiders and Venoms either. Had a thought about them being open topped but no rules. O well.
