How are you planning to win games with that army?

It seems really slow and there is nothing there packing the punch to take out enemy units. As your units are so small it doesn't take much to reduce them so small that they don't threaten anybody. As you don't have any other fast elements than the two units of marauder horsemen opponents can first kill them and then deal with the rest in their time.

You need to add some screening units in there to make it possible for the slower elements to get to enemy, take some small units of warhounds. Next thing about doubling the size of the marauder unit or drop the command from it at the moment that unit does nothing else than bleed on the battle field.

You need to add some bodies to the field also so think do you really need the prince or could you do with sorceror as general. This would free some point for additional units.

yes I have been thinking about taking that prince out, he just takes up to much points for his worth. Also I remember while playing, that I would lose combat a lot due to outnumberment. Maybe I'll take out a few of those character upgrades and max out that maurader unit

Well from the top, it looks like some of your points and math was a bit off. Here's what I get from the list you posted, think it's right:

I downgraded the sorcerer to a steed (he didn't need the demo-horse's M8 but he could use the 2+ save) and gave him a cheapo 10 point item that could come in handy, boosted the marauders to a healthy 20 for full CR, gave the horsemen armor for a 5+ total save, and popped in the warhounds that Metsuri mentioned. Ultra-useful pups, them. Besides the excess command models you had, this list doesn't involve really changing any models, besides adding the warhounds. I think it addresses some of the problems that Metsuri brings up, but you still aren't going to be able to charge across the table and tear their face off. BUT I don't think that's your point - you're here to magic them to hell with the killer nurgle lore. FWIW I like that you've taken the prince, the spear horsemen and the ogres - particularly the prince and ogres, lots of modeling opportunities and not units you see too often.

From here your next choice is to drop the prince and recycle his points into 'better' things. Gear for the sorcerers, more warriors for those 2 shrimpy 12-man units, possibly a unit of nurgle knights to ram down their throats. I'd be curious how a revamped prince list runs though, I think it's got possibilities.

Thx for the post, I was thinking about replacing the demon prince with a lvl 4 on a steed and recycle the ogres for some knights. (they always seem to get outnumbered and are too soft for how much points they're worth). The only question I have is what would be a good number for those warriors would 15 be good, with that extra rank, or perhaps more? The post was very helpful

Spreading the word of the Turtle Pie

I personally think 12 warriors, deployed 6 wide, works quite well. You'll get the maximum possible number of attacks against the averge 5 wide smaller square bases, but 15 might work as well so you can take casualties before you lose your rank bonus.
