Props on the red, people always think OMG Red = BA!!! It's a fun colour to paint with, albeit a pain in the butt to clean out of your brushes.
The biggest thing I'd say is making it 'cleaner'. There are areas that look a little blotchy (skull on knee, eagle on gun), you could try using less paint on your brush or picking up some smaller detail ones. Nice job finishing the base, a lot of people skip that. ALso nice job on highlighting the inner trim of the shoulder. I can't tell from the pic but it sorta looks like you used blazing orange on the trim. You probably don't want to spend a year on a footsoldier, but the I've always found tin bitz watered down on metal gives it a beaten up look.
Anyways, looks good from this end, 7/10 with some touchups

Nuclear: Properly pronounced new-clear, not new-cue-lir. There is no 'u' between the c and l, so stop saying it because it just makes you sound like a dumbass. This includes nucleolus, and all other derivatives of the word.

yeah, I had a terrible 'its only a test' mentality so in the end the time and difficulty of metallics I gave up, I also need to make the blending smoother and the soft armour of the wrist has orange on it and hasn't been highlighted.

Looks good, but I would think about changing the eye color.

Looks good, I think Orange eyes might look good, or would they blend in too much?

Looks good! Just clean it up a smidge, and it'll be good to go. For some reason, I really like the way slings look on bolters. Not sure why, I just do.

How many lawyers does it take to change a light bulb?
