I have been searching all over the place with no luck, maybe you guys can help me. I am looking for top hats or bowler caps small enough to fit on Orks. Ive tried the monopoly hat, it is too big. Looked into Lego, they don't make them anymore. Doll model hats seem to get no smaller than 3/4 inches, which is still to big, no luck finding anything smaller. I noticed that a few people have had the same or similar ideas. I don't think I have it in me to green stuff 100+ little hats. Can anyone point me where I might be able to buy something like what I am looking for?

I don't have Orks but, from what I can remember of them they're alot bigger. Maybe look for something in 1/35 scale, Lionel/O-gauge, or even doll house stuff?!?
Hope that helps!

Could you not model a couple and then make a resin mould from them and then cast as many as you want?

Looks like I will just have to mold some of my own. Looking at the model train stuff, well only seems that you can get the whole little figures, not just the hats. Doll house scale doesn't seem to come up with anything either. Google-fu may be weak.

I would just make some out of some plasticard and GS, and then make a simple gs mold (probably pretty simple for a top hat) to make as many as I need. Probably simpler than molding with resin.

I'll say the same to you as I said to another person looking for ork sized hats. Lego's mate.
