Well its not competitive in the slightest and you will probably have a hard time winning friendly games as well.

Your sorcerer should have warp time instead of Gift of Chaos (which is a terrible power). It makes him better at everything and cost less.

Dreads are just plain awful. They will spend 1/3 of the game not doing what you want them too, possibly even shooting your own guys. Spend the points on something better.

Dont bother giving your champions combi-weapons give the squads IoCG instead, otherwise they will run away easily. Also consider changing them to cult marines since they do everything better than standard CSM.

You may want to give your Asp. Sorcerer bolt of change to give you some much needed anti-tank.

The vindicators need demonic possession. It means that most of the time they ignore any damaging results they suffer.

Overall its not a very good list and needs a lot of improvement. You have no ranged anti-tank (vindicators scatter to frequently to be effective) and no ranged anto-horde. You will likely get out manuvered to bogged down in combats that you cant win.

If we were to play each other in a tournament, not only would I table you, I would murder you, your family, every woman you ever loved and burn down your house. I mean, what's the point in winning if you allow people that don't take the game seriously to live?

O.K. so how about I do the spell swap on the sorcs, remove one vindicator and put in two obliterators instead, give the squads IoCG and if i have the points remove the meltas and give them lascannons

This is a fun list overall. The sorcerer is too expensive - consider you can get a Prince with MoT, Wind of Chaos, and Warptime for 5 points more. Much more worth it. Gift is a fun power, for sure, but unreliable at the best of times. Regwon is right about one thing though, the regular squads should have IoCG, which you can probably pay for by dropping the combiweapons/TLbolter. The extra shots are not worth the points.

Chaos Dreads are not reliable, but with suitable planning they can be useful. I've played with dual Chaos Dreads in a tournament list and still won games. That 1/3 doesn't always come up that often - when it does, I shrug and laugh it off. Having said that, I might drop the heavy flamer. The missile launcher is a cheap, useful weapon, though I prefer the TL-shots of the autocannon. With 3 Vindis and 3 Rhinos on the field it should be fine.

The biggest problem you're going to have is in combat. Your basic CSM are decent, but you'll have trouble getting through those hardcore units. As a note, keep them with dual special weapons. Maybe even change to dual meltas, to help that anti-tank, but flamers are good too.

Three vindicators is tough and will scare a lot of people, though you may be frustrated in the end with their ability to actually do damage.

Overall it's nowhere near as bad a list as Regwon makes it out to be. It's not optimized, but not everyone wants to play lash princes, plague marines, and obliterators. For friendly games this is a decent list, especially if you tweak it as suggested above.
