Changed list.
What if I changed the two helblasters for 20 handgunners?

Exactly what purpose is Karl Franz in a gun line? Even mounted on a dragon, he isn't powerful enough to crush infantry on his own.

ok the problem with a pure gunline is that you will get 2 maybe 3 rounds of shooting off yes, but a clever player will use sacrificial units to cover and screen his harder units, knowing that as long as one or 2 make it into combat you can crumble and fail. Trust me, I have been playing empire as long as I have been playing warhammer (about 18 yrs).
anyway a much better way of getting the same effect, is to have 3 or 4 combat units (spearmen halbidiers and swordsmen), and then have detachments of 10 handgunners, 2 for each unit. This gives you 2 payoffs, one the handgunners do not cause panic when they flee, and two, whatever survives the withering hail of gunfire, then has 3 or 4 combat units to deal with.
Karl Franz on a dragon has to come out to do this, but then again, shy have KF on a dragon in a gunline, if your intention is to march block, well I am sorry far to much of a point sink for that purpose. If he is there to bolster your line, again, have him on foot, or even on a warhorse in a foot unit (for the extra save) in the middle of your army where he can use his ld to keep your gunners in the fight.
not having him on a dragopn also means you can get the needd BSB, again to make sure your gun line doesnt go running.
I have also dropped the pistoliers, why, well, the idea of a gun line is that it remains static, a unit of pistoliers on its own will act as little more then a flanking force, somthing that your opponenet can deal with on turn 1 or 2 with magic or his own fast units. I would rather use the points to bolster the line.
also had to drop a cannon.
Anyway so my army would be
KF on a horse with GhaulMharz
captain BSB, armour of meteroic iron and sword of might
battle wizzard, 2 dispel scrolls,
25 spearmen full cmd,
2x 10 handgunner dets
20 swordsmen full cmd
2x10 handgunner dets
20 Halbedires full cmd
2x10 handgunner det
2x volley gun
2 x great cannon.
the 3 combat units can be tweaked to pesonal preferance. I included KF because the OP seemed to want him, personally I would drop him, have a normal general and use the points to get that 4th combat unit and 20 more handgunners.

More than one volley gun is a waste, why run anything but swordsmen? Better save, WS and I than spears or halberds so they are more resilient for your combat units, your also thin on magic defense, 3 DD and 2 scrolls will get plowed under by mediocre magic let alone a magic heavy list.

Drop KF and get an empire general that would also allow you to get another wizard for more magic defense.

If all you need is a flying marchblocker, peg captain is the way to go. Consider dropping a HB and a cannon for 2 mortars. Cannons are good against big things, but mortars can savage big blocks and will give you some oomph against skaven, orcs, etc.
