A lot of craftworld eldar lost its flavor in the new codex though you can still play them in the new list rather well. I was thinking what if for every 10 man wraithguard squad you take for troops you can take a wraithlord that doesn't take up a force org slot and it can't claim objectives, maybe even give it a points limit of like 115/125 so they are not as crazy as the HS slot options? I think that is a farily ballanced and simple approach to what the eldar list was previously able to do.

Jesus Christ changed my life, He can do the same for you!

Well, "Free Slots" is not an unheard of thing for 40k, but Wraithlords are rather brutal. So are the Falcons and the crystal cannon. Wraithguard are pretty nasty pieces of work as well. Striking Scorpians aren't something to mess with either. Harlequins, man they can be nasty. Those Banshies are ninnies themselves. Aspect warriors aren't fun to tango with, too. Wave Serpents are kinda tame, but they move fast! Guardians are okay, but you don't really need a "Free Slot" for them. Fire Dragons are mean as well. You know, I can't really think of any Eldar units that are really "lame" unless you compare them to other units in the army. Besides, you don't see many Eldar armies that need MORE Wraithlords, and since Wraithguard are Elites, and not Heavy Support like Wraithlords are, I don't see a big problem.

Fluff wise, WraithLORD and WraithGUARD? Yeah, I could see how they go together.

Just because anyone agrees with anyone, doesn't mean they are correct. Beware the thin line between what is "Correct" and what is "Popular."
