I'm a bit confused about the new version of Daemonic Instability. If a Daemon unit fails its instability test, do they flee in addition to taking wounds?

The reason I wonder is that the Instability Test is called a special kind of Break test, but it doesn't explicitly mention the part about fleeing which was in previous army books, yet it doesn't have anything explicit about not being able to be broken, like the Undead.

Daemons never flee. They just take wounds as described in the instability rules.
