I'm going to a tournament in April with my themed chaos army so I’m looking for any useful feedback on the list I’ll be using?
HQ
165 - Deamon Prince Sharazad: Wings, Nurgle’s Rot and Mark of Nurgle.
ELITES
125 - Chaos Dreadnought: 2 Dread Close Combat Weapons with Heavy Flamers and Extra Armour.

50 - Zaceria’s Rhino: Extra Armour and Smoke Launchers.
234 - Death Guard Squad Rokhan: Champion with Powerfist and bolt pistol, 7 Death Guard Marines, 1 Melta Gun, 5 with Boltguns all with close combat weapon, bolt pistol, Krak and Frag Grenades, Fearless and Feel No Pain!
50 - Rokhan’s Rhino: Extra Armour and Smoke Launchers.
244 - Death Guard Squad Sindri: Champion with Power Weapon, 7 Death Guard Marines, 2 Plasmaguns, 5 with Boltguns all with close combat weapon, bolt pistol, Krak and Frag Grenades, Fearless and Feel No Pain!
231 - Thousand Son Squad Korell: Sorcerer with Power Weapon, Bolt Pistol and Doombolt, 7 Thousand Sons marines all with Mark Of Tzeentch, Inferno Bolts, Sorcerer Commands, Slow and Purposeful and Fearless!
HEAVY SUPPORT
145 – Predator: Autocannon, 2 Lascannon Sponsons, Extra Armor and Smoke Launcher.
145 – Predator: Autocannon, 2 Lascannon Sponsons, Extra Armor and Smoke Launcher.
Total: 1748
No: 32 (6)
Kill Pts: 11
The tactics are simple the Rhinos advance on objectives while the 2 squads on foot provide support fire, the two predators take out enemy armour while the chaos dread tag team advance through cover or behind the rhinos before hitting enemy lines (side by side so that 'Fire Frenzy' would cause any damage to other units). As for the Deamon Prince he goes where he is needed.

On a fluffly level its great, and for pick up games with no non power lists also fine.
Competitivly though you would get more HTH power from another prince for only a few points more than one of the dreds.
Lascannons don't crack heavy armor like they used to. If you wnat them for anit tank you need to go all the way with them. two obliterators does the same job better though for the same price as one of the tanks you have now.
Also, your nurgle AS's do better with fists. No point in having a power weapon that goes last. Either fist or nothing in my opinion for plagues. Zerkers and Noise marines can get away with PW, but due to dreds, and the increasing frequencey of customized ironclads, PF's are more versatile.
Still, some tournements with comp scores and such can still net you enough points to be competetive. Just depends on wheter you are going to win or going to show off your awesome army. You will win most contests for best painted etc. if your local players are like many of the stores I have played in over the years. That list won't stand up to most competitive tournament builds though.
If you are ever in Utah I'd love to throw a fully painted themed army against yours and take some pics.

As you can see I’ve dropped the pred’s extra armour and the dread’s flame weapons. Instead I’ve armed them with missile launchers as someone has pointed out that if I roll fire frenzy they can just shoot Frag missiles at each other and do not damage.
However I having trouble choosing whether or not to change my deamon prince some suggested I give him a Mark of Tzeentch instead of Nurgle giving him the 4+ invulnerable against heavy weapons and give him warptime. I’ve also given him bolt of change for tank hunting purposes when he isn’t in combat using warptime.
But my Deamon Prince’s toughness 6 has often prevented him from being shot down or killed in combat by standard weapons and since I tend to keep him behind cover and not expose him to heavy weapons I’m deciding on whether or not I should go with Mark Of Nurgle and Warptime and spend the points on an extra thousand son marine?

An extra prince will undoubtedly serve you better than the 2 dreads (yeah more than both of them..) The one's configuration is solid, you can cast both warptime and bolt of change per turn and warptime twice (if it fails) due to mark of tzeentch. You can also reroll bolt of change hits/wounds if you passed warptime. If your strapped for points anywhere though I'd drop bolt as it's not entirely necessary.
Plus the dreads will probably end up killing eachother..It's unfortunate but this flaw makes them not very useful to chaos. If we could use drop pods it would be a different story.
Plague marines should always have powerfists, hands down. And if not, the only other configuration you should give them is no weapon, but that's a complete waste as powerfists are just that good. Power weapons should only ever be put on models where you can take advantage of their higher initiative. At 3 intiative your not going to be striking faster than anyone. Even 4 initiative is generally a poor choice for a power weapon. Units with 5 I or a potential for 5 (furious charge) are the only ones truly worth it without question, especially if they have high strength (5+).
Other than that .. as the above poster stated, your Tsons don't really fit. They don't have enough models either or mobility. I'd either drop them entirely or drop a plague marine squad and beef up ALL your other units (except prince).
Maybe something like 2x10 plague marines with 2xmelta ac pf rhino and a 10 tson with sorc and boc or doombolt and a rhino. Although rhinos aren't entirely necessary with plague marines they ARE with tsons.
The predators are ... meh ... with these guys, go all out tri-las or don't field them. If you shoot at a tank your autocannon str 7 shots will generally be wasted (penetrating a rhino/razorback on a 6 is worthless..). And shooting a squad with a predator is generally a waste as well. Obliterators are in every way better they can do both jobs much more effectively and in the end have better mobility and versatility when doing so.
Good luck mate

I think you are better off with 2 CC dreads and a Nurgle prince. 4+invulnerable is nice, but it wont help against massed small arms fire. Toughness 6 will.

Played the list tonight everything went well, but now I'm debating on what loadout to give my dreadnoughts?
Missile Launcher and Close Quarter Weapon with Combi Bolter.
(To add some much needed long range weapons to the army?)
--or--
2 Close Quarter Weapon with twin Heavy Flamers.
(To allow my army to cope with swarm armies like nids and orks?)
That and wheather or not I should give 1 of the Rhinos to the Thousands Sons or keep them as a support unit?

Well you can't actually have two heavy flamers on a single dread.
But I will say go with two DCCW(flamer)/Missile Launcher dreads. They will get popped by most dedicated anti-tank firpower so the extra armor is pretty useless.
Edit: do an awesome battle report, I love your paint scheme/theme!

I love this armies paintjob/theme it's so awesome. As far as the list goes. Do the rhinos need extra armor? Most anti-tank firepower is going to blow right past them into blow them up. Could be close to buying another rhino with those points. Oh yeah and the DP with MoN, Warptime is much better than the MoT one you have in your second list. I won't go into it but the MoN DP just outperforms the MoT DP on every level. I've tested it pretty heavily.

Never thought of that. How many weapons/units will feel the difference between T=5 and T=5(6) on DP?

Lots. Bolters, etc. wounding on 6s instead of 5s is a big deal. Especially in this list, b/c it will force the opponent to divert anti-tank power away from the Rhinos and Preds to kill the DP.

It's pretty big. The jump between strength 4 and 5 on weapons is huge when you consider toughness 4 or 5 being the norm. But 6 drastically decreases the number of wounds that will be put on that DP, and considering that a MoN DP with warptime isn't exactly your linchpin to victory if someone decides to divert all their attention to it thinking it's a much larger threat it'll be able to take some shots before it goes down.

Oh, I've never realized that Strength 4 weapons wound Toughness 6 models on 6+. Not the first time I kinda confused "to wound" chart with "to hit" one. Now I see the big picture, too bad my DP usually gets pounded by anti-tank fire :]

The MoN dreads, honestly, will probably perform better while the dreads might just ruin entire games for you.

This is my final list, I would have gone for the dreads but I just don't have the time to convert them before the tournament so it was either a nurgle terminator squad or a Land Raider, I decided on the land raider because it provides some ranged anti-tank and can transport one of the squads that don't have a transport.
