For my chapter master I am using the Emporers Campion model, the sword is being counted as a relic blade, so, to the point, are there any stormbolters that would look good and fit on his left arm

I would suggest getting a Grey Knight Storm Bolter arm for something like that. Any hand-held one might look a tad funky.

you could use a termie stormbolter, and put it on a pistol type arm or something like that, iv done it for a dark angels veteran and it looks fine
