I just purchased a Chaos Land Raider, and I want to do something special to glorify the might of Khorne. Can anyone recommend any good bits I could use to model crucified or impaled corpses in various stages of decomposition onto the vehicle?

hmm. I like the tracks idea, and the Corpse Cart as well. Not so much the doors. While I play Khorne, I do not play World Eaters.

You could bend and scrape some plasticard to look like armor pulled off a enemy vehicle. Paint a small insignia on it, e.g., make it look like you ripped it off an Ultramarine rhino, and you have a trophy.

Just use any infantry troops. Some Space Marines with their heads removed and skulls in place, suitably positioned would work well.

Does the Land Raider come with the same accessory sprue as the predator/vindicator? There's some cool stuff on there, like a Khorne symbol and some pikes with lots of heads on them.
