Hey guys, things have been rather busy for me recently and i haven't been getting much done for anything, but recently i've perked up slapped myself into grinding the gears and working on my Baneblade in preparation for an Apocalypse game, so this is it so far.

nice job on the painting.... very crisp, and clean.

I like the color a lot, not only is it something you don't see often but you did well with it too. Is this part of a similarly colored force? If so I'd love to see it.

I love the guys on top. Alost when I heard orange Baneblade I was skeptical but then I though I have a blue hellhound. The color is great very crisp and clean.

Nope, they saving their pennies for a Stormlord, named "Aquilla", which will be in coast guard white... (and sometime -after- I get that marauder finished)

That's shocking! The only orange Baneblade I've heard of in the fluff was part of a traitor force in one of the Gaunt's Ghosts books. I think it was Honor Guard, but I might be wrong.

Well, I suppose a Baneblade is always going to be a target, so painting one orange probably won't hurt!

@Warpcrafter - I remember those forces, but mainly their crab like tanks.

@SamG123 - Actually it was OOP Fiery Orange :p.

@Ghost in the Darkness - I thought it looked neater without sponsons, which is my main reason for not using them, but i also couldn't be bothered waiting the few weeks or so it would take to get the extra sponson sprues to get 4 sponsons. At least i've got the extra set incase i ever want to build another super heavy :p.

@Neconilis - I do have a force planned - Praetorians all told, but we'll see. I have to do the guard army i have now first before i move onto anything else.

@Envy89 - Penal Legion! Where? My men aren't ex-convicts, why would they be, don't give me that look!
