Seems like it would work fine, 750 points is not a lot, and you aren't obviously wasting any or anything

Not sure about the stimms on the shas'el, but it's only 10 points. I'd keep him joined to a squad though otherwise he'll just get a lascannon or a krak missile to the face.

You could do something like drop the hammerhead and stimms, and add another broadside+shield drone+HWTL, and buy a second devilfish with the points savings. Finding points for flechettes for both devilfish would be great too. But that makes it kind of a different army, and gives you less anti-horde firepower. And it adds a kill point.
