Against SM, you need lots of TSons for the massed AP3. You're really short on troops.

Yes, it is cheesy. Dual lash is always cheesy no matter what you add to it. It is anti-fluffy too.

Drop the extra armor on the rhinos and swap a vindy for 2 oblits.

You could use more t'sons, but that would require an overhaul of the list. That should work pretty well. 2 Oblits shoot rhinos across the board early. Try to get all of his troops on foot as quickly as possible.

CSM fluff died when the lates codex came out.

Your list doenst have any ranged anti-tank. Vindicators cant be used becuse they scatter off too easily and that one BoC you have will be driving around in a rhino. As a result any mech army will wipe the floor with you, and you will probably also have a really hard time again -zilla armies. You need to get rid of the extra armour on the rhinos, drop at least 2 of the vindicators and get soem obliterators. Your plague marines also need meltas instead of plasmas

Rhinos don't need Xtra Armor.
Zerk Champ needs PF. Drop meltabombs.
This'll do fine vs. SM.

Regwon speaks the hard truth. I would also suggest a rhino for the PM's as it is extra protection against the weapons that kill PM's (like plasma cannons).

I also think that unless tzeentch is your theme, the TS's are too expensive for what they do. A second unit of PM's or zerkers would bolster your defense or offense more, or noise marines would round out the list better to give you mobile shooting and extra assault potential. (depending on the models you have available).
