A "robotic" lash prince? Perhaps a slogging squad of "cybernetically enhanced" plague marines for objective holding? Since Iron Warriors don't actually exist anymore I wouldn't feel bound to fluff that's outdated.

on the contrary it says in the codex if the squad numbers 10 or more,so if the warsmith is with the squad from the beginning it totals 10 people and can then take the extra flamer
I have have considered a squad of 5 raptors with 2xmeltas and something else what do you think

Sounds a bit gamey to me... The intent is clearly that you need to have a full 10 man squad to include 2 specials, not 9 + an attached character.

Sorry dude. The squad has to include 10 men to take two specials. What you listed is a 9 man squad that has an independent character joining it.
But I'd say give all your champs power fists and you might not want to run Huron. He isn't too good.

You might want to swap out 2 Vindicators for an Autocannon/Sponson Las Pred and a Defiler. Iron Warriors need more bombardment, as they are siege specialists. It will actually free up some points there, and all of your squads should have Powerfists. Huron is great fun, and I wouldn't have thought about using him as a Warsmith. I suppose you wouldn't lose anything with that 9 man squad dropping a flamer (seeing as how Huron is equiped with a Heavy Flamer). If you really have the points left, I'd stick Havoc Launchers on all the tanks. Rhinos can move 6" and keep up the bombardment with the Defiler. This will let you saturate the enemy with fire, making a big mess even before you get to your target. I might even take 2 Defilers (or 1 Defiler and 2 Oblits) and a Vindicator if you go that route, as to reinforce the bombardment feel.

@dark hound:
I'm planning to convert a techmarine and count him as huron(this idea was given to me on this site)
the predator I think if i take it it would have to be all las or beavy bolters and auto cannon.
defilers are good but I'm not their biggest fan
I could put an AC in the huron squad with a combi-flamer and a power fist and I know every one thinks havoc launchers are useless but with extra points why not.If something better can be found with the extra points I'm all ears

To Jackinthetank: No, bikes wouldn't be fluffy and are only good if you built a list around speed. Irons Warriors do exactly the opposite I'm afraid.
Anyway, an Autocannon/Sponson Las Pred has better anti-tank vs non-landraiders than a tri-las pred and is a whole lot cheaper. 2 Oblits would be a better use of the points now that I think about it though. Most versitile firepower, and is great fluff for Iron Warriors.

here's a revised list ,still with points to spare
HQ:
warsmith(count as huron blackheart)170pt
Troops:
10xCSM AC,power weapon,flamerx2,IoCG.200pt
-Rino.35pts
10xCSM AC,power fist,meltax2,IoCG.220pt
-Rino.35pts
9xCSM,AC,power fist,flamer,IoCG.190pt
-Rino.35pts
Fast Attack:
5xRaptors,AC,Power Fist,2xMelta.160pt
Heavy Support:
3xvindicators,deamonic possesion.435pt
Total:1480pts
A couple of points to spare should i give two of the rino champs a combi-flamer or something else what do you think

Huron Blackheart, cool model, cool character, how you use him, that's up to you. For 5 points per rhino, i would take stunned insurance (extra armour). Nothing's worse than being stuck in your rhino for your entire first turn because you had to go second and your opponent got some good shots off. I'm not a fan of raptors since they lost their "hit and run" ability. I prefer chosen for their infiltrate ability, plus the option for 5 different special/heavy/close combat weapons. Chosen are super flexible and adaptable to any circumstance.
All hail Perturabo!

Unfortunately thanks to the magic of the "new" codex extra armor is no longer 5 points, but 15 points. I would not take it, take more troops or guns instead.
EDIT: I guess it isn't really new these days...

Oh, I see you're right, 15 pts for extra armour. (I usually take the possession for 20 anyways). Well, it still might be worth it for Huron's transport.

Yeah I suppose putting extra armour and anothe combi-bolter on top could be used to fill those twenty points.
on another note would it be worth it to take some chosen with out a rino, also should I use a heavy in the squad or should I stick to the flamers, plasmas and meltas for the chosen
