From a stupid dude. As many of you can gather, my Scouty thread gave me good suggestions. Here's one: To strip the paint off. Heres a few questions (stupid ones, btw)

How do I strip paint dirt ,cheap, without damaging my models?

What the hell is Simple Green?

What do Zombies plan on doing after they kill every one on Earth? Do they intend to build a new Zombie empire, and usher
in a new age of understanding, reason, and brains?

Firstly zombies are a mindless creature. No WAY they could usher anything in.
Simple green is a cleaner. Do a dakka search youll find a tutorial on how to strip minis for 5 bucks. I forgot the name but it came in a purple jug. Doesnt ruin anything but you have to use gloves because it burns skin oddly enough.

Go to your local loews, home depot type store. Buy a bottle of simple green, i have like a 2 gallon thing cost me 10 bucks. Leave models in the simple green, the longer you leave them in the better. Then brush them with a tootbrush to get everything off.

Times for simples green

1-2 hours will do alright, a lot of brushing require
a few days- paint will just flake off

Also, I saw your scouts and definitely do a basecoat and water down your paints.

No no no. Read that tutorial I was talking about. He said the green was ok but that purple stuff was supreme and only costs like 5 bucks.

Spray Oven cleaner can strip paint form plastics fairly well(simple green works better I think) and may already be in your house if you just need to strip a few figs.

Simple Green is the way to go if you need to do more than just a few figs.

.... the purple jug is Castrol Super Clean.

I get mine at Walmart here in the states for 6-9 dollars per gallon jug.

You'll be able to reuse it a few times after each set of minis that are cleaned. Pour some new Super Clean in the cleaning container after the 4th or so time it is used. ALWAYS use heavy duty gloves with this stuff as it will make hands relatively numb and "plasticy" feeling for a COUPLE of weeks at the very least. Leave those gloves stored inside out and let then dry outside before storing them as well.

Get a good plastic container to pour the Super Clean into. Ziploc makes them with twist-on screw tight lids that run about $3 for a set of 2-3. I highly recommend those instead of the thinner "pop" lid containers... when they are full of Super Clean and you have to pop the lid off, it tends to splash

As has been said B4, I'll echo here - the longer the soak, the better. I leave mine for about a week OR MORE. I'll have 2-4 tubs going at the same time and even a rubbermaid plastic shoebox going for landriader-sized models. Fell free to use toothpicks to remove stubborn build-up spots.

Simple green and pine sol have been used as well and tend to take a little longer, but will be piney fresh! I've heard of oven cleaner being used, but use it outside and use tHD gloves again!! I've heard that brake fluid will work as well - tried that and it worked INCREDIBLY slow for me.

DO NOT ask how I found that out the hard way .

It's no longer under the name "Castrol Super Clean" and is just Super Clean.

Enjoy. Walmart had a whole shelf of it for about $7.

If I knew, I'd tell you.

I can only answer one......

Zombies are often risen from the dead by a necromancer.
The zombie kills/ turns everyone into zombies and those people who chose to take their own life will just be resurrected. Then the necromancer will pile the zombies into a mall and yell:

"DISCO!"

The oonivers vill burn!
