Heya, folks. Some pals and I are running a 40k campaign in Bellingham, WA starting Wednesday, May 6t, and I want to throw the door open to anyone in the area who would be down for a 6 week campaign of team battles leading up to a massive Apocalypse battle on the culminating weekend.

The last campaign run by Jason and Adam last fall in Bellingham was awesome - we had a real dedicated group and it was a lot fun. This time should likewise be great.

Each player is asked to bring a 1,750 point list. Once we have a roster of players, we can divide them into Imperial / Evil sides. Every week, the teams will choose a portion of maps to battle for control over. Territories held at the end of the campaign will give bonuses in the apocalypse battle. In addition, units will gain experience for surviving, claiming objectives, and destroying enemy units, which will let them make advancement rolls on veteran ability tables. Fighting battles will also give the commander "battle points" which can be used to buy campaign assets which have effects in the games leading up the apox. Additionally, making progress on painting your army will give battle points.

Games will be at the Game Room run by Eagles Games in downtown Bellingham. Games will be Wednesday evenings, though their will also be at least 2 players who have to get their games in on Saturdays, though we may have to work around other events in the game room to do this.

Glad everyone had a good time. I'm thinking of posting the battle reports here once the results from the Saturday folks are in. Next week should be good to, with a few more atypical missions.
