I wouldn't run the warboss and the big mek in the battlewagon. That's too many seperate units in one big, juicy package. Run the mek in the battlewagon and put the boss in one of the units of boyz. Once you get upwards of 2k points Lootaz kinda suck if you don't take a lot of them. I don't even bother to take them in games over 1500 points unless I can take at least two squads of 10. Deffkoptaz are cool on paper but they're way too expensive for what they do. Ditch those, too. With the leftover points max out your boy squads. If you have anything leftover after all of that buy some more kommandoz.

That looks better. You might want to think about dropping a few lootaz to fill out your nob squad. Two squads of 15 is exactly what I had in mind but you could get away with 2 squads of 12 and not notice much of a difference in performance. Max out your nob squad first. Then take as many lootaz as you can afford.

I personally like the second list more than the first. I'd be interested to hear how it faired.

I would say I think the Deff rolla on the battle wagon is worth taking over the reinforced ram.

My other question is do you think it is a bad idea to take the BW for the shootas since they can't take them as a dedicated transport? I don't know the answer, just curious.
