Digging in boxes I found my copy of the Cities Of Death (CODEX?) Book and does it work with 5th Ed now?
I know the missions are not leveled like in 4th but could you still use it?

It's in the same boat as Apoc - written for a different ruleset with a few things in the new ruleset that don't work with it (scoring units being a a biggy). If they ever did a CoD update, you can rest assured that GW would include a little box with a few paragraphs where they flounder and stammer over the fact that it doesn't work properly but, rather than making a firm ruling, they'll just let the players do what they want.
Kind've like their errata and FAQs.

HBMC has it exactly right, but I think that with a reasonable opponent, you could apply most of the CoD rules, even if they won't translate directly.
Key word here is REASONABLE. I wouldn't try this with a stranger, as it would take some working out. You could probably work just about as easily with the old Cityfight book though.

I voted 'other' because it needs a bit of conversion to work.
I've got a nice article for you to read on the subject (and it contains the link to GW's cities of death conversion article):

Well I voted no because it doesn't work without changing things, and the fact that you have to change things means that, as written, it does not work.
Making it work isn't that hard, but as an expansion rulebook, it's an expansion for a game that does not exist any more, therefore it does not work.
