Actually that Dark eldar codex is not in print. The one currently in print has a fake stamp on the front that says Second edition.

The book he has pictured does not contain wych lords, magic abilities, or vehicle upgrades. Also the rule for wyches are different, the codex pictured has rules for special wych weapons like hydra knives (it doubles the number of attacks after bonuses are applied), and a other fun items like whips and the like.
