those look great!!

Here's a couple of my conversions using the now oop 54mm Inq models as a base:

Conversion of Damien 147 into construction work using an ork power claw (I think it's Gazgul's) for the left arm:

Conversion of Daemon Huntress into Sister of Battle. Lots was scratch-built but the hand flamer is just a standard 40K flamer:

Need to re-varnish them both as they're way to shiny atm.

Check out my gallery here
Also I've started taking photos to use as reference for weathering which can be found here. Please send me your photos so they can be found all in one place!!

Another enclosed land speeder / drop pod splice. Nice and slim and graceful this one. I especially like the position of the missile pods, for a more aerodynamic look than the original weapons on the missile variant -the Typhoon is it?

I downloaded the image as a reference for one of my own planned projects, so I have lost the link to the page I found it on unfortunately, but it has a full how to build tutorial.

That's so much cooler than the crap GW passes for a land speeder with the latest release

No magnets, just 8 Valkyrie missiles and some bombs.

I think I need to add a tail after all it looks a bit unbalanced.

The flaw with the Primaris Repulsive is egregious -the hull is like a land raider that's literally had its tracks replaced with anti-grav plates, and lazily done -the front and top still have what, to my eye, look like track guards!
I've been waiting a long time for someone to fix this design heresy. Finally, I found this on Reddit:

Tracks are from a land raider. It looks a heck of a lot neater, doesn't it?

Edit: It's not visible in the first pic, but clear in the second -it's been built with two different track units in line. I think it would look better with a single conventional track, but doing so wouldn't make sense unless the side hatch was repositioned.

The Armiger is a nice looking walker, and it also makes for one of the finest-looking bikes I've seen. I love the massive and powerful, but still aerodynamic look of this beastie. The exhausts in particular, and the curved hull armour give it a real sense of aggression and toughness. I can picture it smashing right through a wall or ramming a larger vehicle.

That's a fantastic conversion, and something I'd consider with my own if it weren't for the rules stating it was a flying tank and would break my immersion slightly to have it speeding about the place!

AoS nighthaunt black coach.

I did this about a year before nighhaunts became an fleshed out force. prior to this stage they was just a sub faction for the death grand alliance using reboxed WH fantasy models, and one of them was the black coatch, a kit very old (finecast and skeletal horses in a very static oldstyle pose on the ground) and not realy visualy representing what it should look like as a unit for a ghost force when the rules allso said it could be leveld up to fly. its visual design more suited the vampires of old(allso since it had a vamp in a coffin inside the coach)

So i desided to make it more in style with the NH faction. I took the coatch itself, dropped the horses, took the ghosts of the mortis engine kit(that i had no use for) and use them as the wagons "horses" after alot of cutting, sawing and filing.
This made the model look both more ghostly and allso it was looking like it would fly. super quick paint job but the point to this was just the conversion.

Giving vehicles the post apocalyptic treatment: I was tempted to say "Orkification" but of course its been a theme since long before Orks, probably since Mad Max. It still gets me how much a load of stowage and ad hoc/scrap/hilbilly armour can change the look of a vehicle, particularly if its fairly plain / unadorned to begin with. I never would have recognised the Dust Tactics walker hiding under all that glorious junk. The rest is plasticard and greenstuff, plus a weapon from a Gundam model. Lovely result.

Another fine take on the tracked Repulsor. I'm surprised there aren't more of these knocking around tbh -they look so much better with some solid treads instead of those gacky grav plates. Credits to Jeremy Filner of 40k Converters Facebook group.

I think I've found a good one. For anyone looking for a unique warboss, the ogryn kit is super easy to convert into an ork warboss. They're a little too upright, so you'll want to file down the kneck and sculpt a new one a little more hunched over. But that wasn't too difficult. Slap on an ork head and replace the hands with some ork weapons and that's all you really need. Very simple.

Another Stormhawk that looks like it could actually fly. The A-10 is strong in this one. There's similar conversions on page 2 of the thread, for anyone interested.

Found on "40k Converters - Kit Bash Carnage" Facebook group. Thanks to Conor Deering for permission to share this beaut, and for divulging the secrets of forging it:

"I snipped the fins off the storm hawk and then cut the Ork flyer halfway down the wing area. I jammed them together and green stuffed them.
Then I attached the wings from the Ork flyer which had some serious gaps so I combo plasticard and green stuffed them."
