The spear looks like an elephant in profile with that out of place loop as an ear.
So, yeah, Fishmen!

Color scheme and metal haft, as well as general construction design, makes me think Duardin.

The circular detail is painted as a glowing light rather than a gemstone, so it's something powered. For AoS Steamhead Duardin is a good guess, I'd say. Could be almost anything if it's 40K - the rivets don't exactly scream Eldar, Tau, etc, though, so almost certainly Imperial.

No. It's a fishmen fish hook. For hooking fishy fish.

It kinda does look like a fishhook. I doubt it's fishmen though. I still have no idea what it or the previous one could be.

It's a goad. See this example of an Indian ankus or elephant goad.

Its probably a Tzeentch thing or a new AoS thing.

Fishmen would be interesting, but I don't think its the right time to start introducing new armies. 40k already has a lot of stuff to slog through.

Construction looks Dwarfish to me, being predominantly metal, and the fluted haft (is fluted the right term? You know what I mean).

And it looks like a Spear Billhook.....

Color scheme is important, too. Those metals look like what they've been using for Duardin.

And we've seen the clearly Dwarfen metal thing from the very first Rumour Engine - something we've not seen since, as the rest was either Archmagos Whatsit, or Tzeentchian.

Hmmm. It depends. That teaser of the cloak on the floor base looks very DE. If it is something for Gangs of Commoragh then this may be related as well. May we a Hellion or Reaver upgrade?

However it is the blue that's throwing me off. That shade of blue so far has been associated with Order, either Elves or Stormcast. So this may be something Elfish or the Duardin have lightning spears.

Gangs of Comorragh won't have anything new in it, I almost guarantee. It's Hellions and Reavers.

It does look a bit like a goad, and looks pretty fantasy-ish.

I'm going to make a hopeful 100-1 guess and say it's an Exodite's dinosaur goad.

If only that were a scimitar and it was actually a reimagined araby model...
