Was wondering when he'd shot up. Of course, he looks more like an old dummy rather than Black Mask.

IIRC Black Mask's mask doesn't move.

I quite like that Black Mask, reminiscent of some of his scenes in Under The Red Hood where he just rants at his henchmen in classic gangster style.

Ra's is quite cool, but his face is a bit off... might just need a decent paintjob to fix that, though.

Still holding out for Spoiler sooner rather than later though, with Batwoman, Orphan and Azrael added on top of Batwing and Red Robin in the Batcave expansion (and Clayface, it'd be cool to get some Hero rules for him at some point) she's all that's needed to run a Detective Comics-themed team.

Black Masks jaw shouldn't move as it's just a mask melted to his face...unless the artist drawing him thinks it would look cool to have him yelling or making a goofy face, which I'm very ok with!

Hope we get the False Face Society, all of his goons wear different Halloween masks

Like most of the game's stuff, he's from the New 52. Bloom's actually one of the better things to have been in the New 52 Batman run, and a pretty cool villain in both concept and execution, though a lot of went on around it was somewhat controversial (Gordon becoming Batman in a mech suit, Bruce retiring 'almost permanently' after his death and resurrection)

Kind of surprised he's in this early, I'd have expected him to either be a late addition or the focus of a 'season 2' KS centred on GA and his various allies and enemies. Won't complain though, he should be a cool addition.

I think part of the problem is, until 'Arrow' came out, Ollie's allies and enemies were relatively limited, at least as far as the common audience was concerned.

EG, there was Roy. And, that's kinda it.

Like, sure, you had Black Canary, but I'd say that Birds of Prey ended up being her defining thing, rather than Green Arrow.

Makes me wonder if Knight Models are kicking themselves for not ever doing a kickstarter. I doubt over the several years they have been releasing batman miniatures they are close to making this amount of revenue.

Eh, they were about to release their Harry Potter game as a KS, but then decided to do pre-orders at the last minute. They even had announced the project as a KS.

I don't think KM is able to handle a KS. Their expertise is in resin, and that material is better for smaller projects. With KS, they don't know how much demand there will be, and could go bankrupt if they can't fulfill it.

A high gross revenue does not necessarily mean profit. After reading comments about KM's slow customer service, I think there's serious potential for dissatisfied KS backer backlash against the company.

This is a travesty! Batcow unclocked before we've even seen a preview of Ace the Bat-Hound!

Latest update has some painted pics of a few of the minis, looking very nice indeed. And Azrael is up after Killer Moth. Hopefully we'll get a couple more henchmen stretches before the end, at the very least I think we need some League ninjas to go along with Ra's (and why not add in Thalia while we're at it, she's conspicuously absent at the moment?)

As much as that campy stuff is fun, and as much as, yeah, people should learn to take a joke... that stuff evolved from probably the single most cynically cutthroat major decision in the medium's history.

Most of it is a result of the industry's self-censorship, that set it back hugely as a form, and was essentially a means of muscling out smaller companies.

Batcow is a tongue in cheek nod to that era, rather than actually from it, but I still can't quite laugh because the company able to make the joke is also one of the companies that orchestrated purging a lot of the medium's creative freedoms.
