Those are Kruleboyz stuf, I’d wager. Look like the ends of chains at the bottom, so I’m guessing it’s inverted.

For me it looks like 3x different horns with metal/chains inside . you can notice the 2x nails heads in each horn to fix them to the chain/metal inside

Yes, that seems to be what this is. Also the horns have scratches on top that would be weird on mushrooms.

Do they still bother with endless spells?
A Kruelboyz endless spell would make sense of the floating horns with chain piercings. But a quick googel tell me ossiarch got their endless late 2019, and Im not sure they have done any more since then.

Looks to decrepit for even Nurgle in 40k, it's probably WarCry, Underworlds or Flesheaters for AoS. Or even something for TOW already, at some point stuff for it ought to creep into the engine.

Possibly a Harbinger of Decay update as that model is still Resin. Always wanted the model, but not in Finecast/ or even the newer resin they were doing.

My first thought was Amethyst Wizards for City of Sigmar - but seeing the pic, I agree it looks more Nurgley.

The nails sticking in it are common in maggotkin models. Almost certainly nurgle

This is my hope. I'd love that model in plastic. It has such a gravity to it, the way it slouches on the horse.

It looks vaguely tyranid-y, but that's a fakeout in my opinion, so i'd say it's the long-awaited shadow-elf-cthulhu-thingies for AoS.
