n, To the surprise of many, the 11th edition Dark Eldar codex doesn't remove any more units or options.
n+1, Unfortunately, it doesn't restore any more options, nor add any new ones.
n+2, In the interest of appeasing their core demographic, the starter set is a Marine vs. Marine training mission.
n+3, During the lifespan of the edition, Dakka's mods do something about low-quality spammers.
n+4, Regardless of what they get that is new, Eldar players are not satisfied.
n+5, Despite still having half a Codex each, World Eaters and Emperor's Children only get a single character with their books.
n+6, In the case of the World Eaters, it still isn't a Berserker-Surgeon.
n+7, Nor is it a Barber-Surgeon.
n+8, Leagues of Votann get a reimagined Iron Eagle Gyrocopter... only for the flyer section of the rules to be on life support.
n+9, The remaining Company Captains of the Ultramarines get their own bespoke miniatures and datasheets, with a promise that the Chaplains and Lieutenants will get their turn in the following edition.
n+10, Ultramarines still don't get a Codex Supplement, instead continuing to pad out the Space Marine Codex.

I like that 80s brand of British cynicism and dark humor. Making 40k into yet another Marvel GI Joe wannabe or whatever would make it lose all appeal for me.
It's already bad enough that most non-imperial factions are just punching bags for marines. The last thing I want is for Primarchs to be even bigger mary sues and routinely assemble avengers style to bully Khorne or something.
