Hi members,
I've always like fast armies (Dark Eldar in 40K and Bretonnians in WBF) and am considering doing a Slaanesh army for fantasy. The problem is there are no Seeker models to be found anywhere. Specifically the Slaanesh steed (fastest movement in the game -10 inches).

1. Does anyone know if GWS will be coming out with them soon?
2. If not is there a secret stash of them somewhere? Ebay's Seeker models go very high.
3. Does anyone have any ideas for proxying the Steeds? I can always add Daemonettes if I get the steeds. Slaanesh Steeds are also needed for chariot conversions (20 inch chariot charge-wow**)

Any other thoughts on Slaanesh for fantasy would be appreciated.

** Actually my Tomb King Chariots have a 24 inch charge when Urgency is casts on them.

you mean these models which were released years ago?

About the only place i know of to find them would be ebay, GW took them off the site a while ago.

Those are the models. They paint us nice, have a 20 inch movement and are the only Special choice Slaanesh have. And none are to be had. I wish GWS would fire up the molds and churn some out.

only ones on ebay are currently at £30 for 5, meaning they are about to overtake thier shop price :K


but, if you want something to use then maybe the new dark elf cold ones with daemonettes riding them?

I just got rid of mine on e-bay. Last I had heard was that GW was gonna release new one. I can't remember where i heard it from, but it wouldn't suprise me if the new riders were like the new daemonettes.

Being a convertoholic I definately think you should build your own from the new demonettes and cold ones.

Using a Cold one was suggested but those lizards are fat husky models. The Slaanesh Steed is a lean speedster. Reaper has these lizards that are lean and look to scale and run about 2 for $10 so a unit of 6 will cost about $45 I figure. I just wish their were some real models around.
