Basically the chosen charge up the middle in the Land Raider, screening the daemon prince.
The Noise Marines sit back and shoot, the daemon prince moving juicy units into their line of fire and bunching them up for the blast master.
The rhino is there to
a.) move the Noise marines when it gets too hot.
b.) screen them from anti-infantry.
c.) be another unit/kill point, bringing my list up to 6, Slaanesh's blessed number.

Looks quite good.
I'd give the Chosen power fists, nothing else, since power fists are Dreadnought insurance.

That Land Raider is all the Dreadnought insurance he needs.
Those NM squads need to sit at 24" as your DP uses Lash and just take shots at the enemy with Heavy type on the Sonic Blasters and Assault on the Blastmaster.

I just played a game where the LR died turn 2 to a dreadnought. Yeah, that's like your car insurance getting hit by a car.

Playing a single LR is a gamble; too many eggs in one basket.
Generally, I avoid fielding Land Raiders in games less than 2000 pts.

Drop the LR. In its place, get a rhino and a couple of oblits.

Well, Obliterator Cult is not part of the Emperor's Children party.

Yeah, I really don't like obliterators, I know they are really good and everything, but I just don't like them.

Oblits arn't even dedicated to a Chaos God for that matter, all of them are corrupted Techno-Magus with a Tech Virus that makes them infused with a daemon. You hire them.
It's ok if you don't like oblits, I understand.
After looking over the list again, it needs to be mechanized. if you want the NM squads to be support squads, make them a lower number like 7. I then reccomend putting the Chosen in a Rhino ASAP and backing them up by one of the 10 man NM squads with a Doomsiron and Power Weapon to replace the BM and Sonic Blasters are optional.
Im also pretty sure chaos rhinos have to be given a pintle-mounted weapon? or am I reading this part wrong and you can go without?
I really can only strongly reccomend against a LR, and again, substituting it for another rhino and 2 Heavy Bolter AC preds would help. The NM squad with the Doomsiron and PW gets the rhino and the other NM squad acts as fire support with its blastmaster. The Chosen are a good CC unit and will do just that.

That's what I'd suggest, given your anti-oblit stance and likehood of owning these models. It's more mobile. Your two squads of six rhino rush, shooting doomsirens from the rhino at troops and hopefully popping a tank with its combi-melta. Your Chosen are anti-tank, but the flamer makes them useful vs. hordes. Put them in a Rhino and it can outflank. Outflanking melta-gun shoots are great. You have two dedicated 'stand and shoot' squads with blastmasters. It's light on anti-tank, but you might get away with that at your flgs. Landraiders and Monoliths will terrify you, but this definetly feels like an Emperor's Children list. You get several units advancing with cover fire, it's mobile and reactionary.
edit: BTW, your Chosen squad is WAY under actual point value. Do that math again

Well, I'd take plain Rhinos without any upgrades.
Take a few of them and then you don't care if it has no extra armor.

It would give you more points for bodies that's for sure. But I was looking for some cheap anti-tank to go with the list as it has little to no heavy support.

If you dislike the fluff of obliterators you could always just convert some terminators up with some sweet looking axes (guitars) and speakers and such to represent obliterators in the form of Slaanesh dedicated termies with souped up blast masters.
I also suggest dropping some of the special weapons in the Chosen squad. Pick a purpose for them and have them stick to it, they may also want a rhino to outflank in. Too much extra armor removing feet from the ground. Get another DP with Lash and Wings, why not?
Always remember, boys before toys.
