LoD and Wraiths both have 3+ invulnerable saves. Do they also get 3+ armor saves?

The codex entries specify invulnerable only, so no.

Actually, you are wrong about the wraiths.
For LotD, yeah they only have the invulnerable save as they do not have power Armour.
For Wraiths, check the Necron FAQ. It states they have a 3+ Armour save as well.

A. Yes, a Wraith has a 3+ armour save and a 3+ invulnerable save.
