Going to agree with ph34r on this one, and you're going to need a lot more than 20 minis to make a 2000 point daemon hunters/inqusition army.
Also the models that you have (pig iron) or whatever, need to have accurate representation of weapons/equipment on the models themselves to make them play ready. Which means you would need to do some converting.
But this is way in the future, you'll need to learn about the game and how it works first. Also, I doubt anyone is going to do the work for you and send you an army list, especially when you don't have any foundation on the rules or have any idea what kind of a list you're working towards.
I would take a look at the army lists section and look at some of the 2000 point inqusition armies. They aren't common, so you might have to scroll a bit to find some. Take a look at other people's list, read the comments and try and find out why people take certain peices in their armies.
After all that, you should be ready to post your own army list, and then have people help you make it more playable.
