Hey all, I lost my 2nd edition Eldar codex (2nd ed 40k, not the 2nd eldar codex) some time ago and have been having a hard time tracking one down - does anyone have a scan of said book? Most of the other 2nd edition books are available but I have not been able to locate Eldar.

Cheers.

I've got a physical copy, but it wouldn't survive the procedure to scan it (binding is only just holding together.) but i don't know of any legal (or otherwise) places to find a scanned copy.

Edit: And I'm pretty sure that asking for where to find such is against board rules, too.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

While it may be technically illegal (in some countries) I don't see how asking for a scan of an out of print book could ever be regarded as wrong. Games Workshop themselves published all their discontinued games (Necromunda etc) online but they have not extended this to early editions of their core games.

Yeah, I'll stop you there. I'm pretty sure it is in the US, where DakkaDakka is hosted I think (or the UK, same either/or).

Scanning an OOP book is against copyright. Dakka does not condone or support copyright violations, so any requests like this one get locked.

I am sure there must be copies floating around eBay and so on. If you do a bit of digging, I am sure you will find a copy.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.
