After playtesting my original list, I've decided to make some changes. Please give me any advice you want to throw my way. I'm not married to the 3rd B.A.S.S. but it seemd like a decent investment. I will be keeping the Skyray, Ive seen the arguements before but in every game I played so far, it has done extremely well. I'm trying not to include stealth suits or kroot. Stealthsuits in my opinion are too point inefficient and kroot go down too fast for my play style.

what is the reasoning for 2 sqauds of pathfinders? I don't see what you will be using them in conjunction with. I can see one with the mounted firewarriors. Where is the other? Crisis Suits? Or with the Sky Ray? I would drop the hammerhead and add a Broadside and split them into 2 squads of two.

For the points, I like an Ion Cannon instead of a Railgun on the Hammerhead. You have Broadsides for 10/1 shots and having 3 shots at 7/3 is a bargain.

Consider equiping your HQ Suit with 2+ armor, more shield drones, Target Lock, and attach him to your Broadsides. Now the squad has a lot more wounds and 10 Ld.

There is a place beneath those ancient ruins in the moor…

Take the target lock off the hammer head and give to the the broadsides, who need it much more badly.

I've always found the submunition more efficent then the Ion Cannon, particularly when you don't know if your going to be facing MEQs.

Is there a reason you bought Team Leader on the crisis suits, you don't seem to be using it.

I agree with Thug to, Broadsides are more likely to need the Target Lock then the Hammerhead.

Drop the skyray, and a pathfinder team, give all your Fire Warriors Warfish.

Target lock on the broadsides. Dont drop it on the railhead.

Crisis team #3 with the Twl MP and targeting array can I just ask why?? if it is twin linked BS 3 is fine, 75% hit chance. Give them something else like a drone controller with one gun drone each it gives you a little extra fire power but more importantly it gives you wounds you can throw away without fear of loosing a suit to instant death like missiles or lascannons.

I also agree with a previous comment that, that is alot of Pathfinders I understand the reasoning but you might be better served putting those points into another suit or maxing out your other suit units.

I do think the list looks good though, it is going to require a certain amount of finesse since your foot print with this army is going to be rather large. It is going to take very careful positioning to avoid assaults, but I am sure you are a competent player and can manage to do so.

Deathrain crisis suits are among the best anti-light vehicle in the game, TL BS4 Misses so very rarely that, when I play Tau, I regularly hit with all 6.

Mars Techpriest - The team leader upgrade makes suits equipped with different wargear. For 5 points I get to abuse wound allocation.

And I was considering target lock on the Broadside TL. Will do. Thanks!

Look, I'm just want to point out that there's a lot of match ups where the railhead's going to be moving 6+'' a turn (like again deamons, assaulty chaos, and so on), and it won't get to fire it's secondary guns. besides, part of the draw of burst is A: lower cost and B: more weapon destroyed results needed to leach a killpoint out of the tank.
