Again here is another of my paper products. This time it is the new version of the Rhino. The trees are made from railroad foliage and the left over from my fruit snack, the stems from the grapes. Once they dry out, they become stiff and make a good base for flocking. The ground is fine gravel from hobby railroad diorama build section. Again, the kit is a free download at my other posting site, zealot.com.

This is a very cool diorama, i feel that it needs to look like it has a reason, like broken tracks or something but i still dig this.

Well done

Wonderful work! If I hadn't read the post and just looked at the pictures I wouldn't have realized that it was a paper rhino.

I got a few more on the line. My favorite is the Thunderbolt but I am saving that one for last. Here is a peek. And it is made of paper.

Broken or abbabonned space marine vehicles are one of the saddest kind of diorama. Who remembers the abbadonned dreadnought being discovered by 2 ig?

He might be dead, AGAIN, but the guardsmen sure look nervous, like "why the heck did we have to find this?"

It actually looks a bit too healthy to have been abandonded, perhaps you could have modelled on some serious damage.

Yeah... I know, but then there were a lot of abandoned intact German Armor after the the Germans were defeated in North Afrika and the Battle of the Bulge when they ran out of Fuel. A lot of them wound up in Israeli and Arab hands for the first Arab Israeli war.

But true, a battle damaged vehicle is more dramatic.

Looks great battle damage or not. Their is always some reason for stuff like that anyways. Like fuel running out as you said.

The Drednaught looks epic. That model conveys a feeling of fear and sadness in a way

"That for all the Emperor's love of his space marines, his ultimate creation - he was in fact nearly killed by one of them, only to be saved by a mere mortal with a 5+ save and a flashlight."
