You can't, but you can get torsos from somewhere else. You can use the weapons for conversions on Big Mek, bikes, etc, etc.

You can't. Burnas and Lootas are two separate units.

Lootas + Burnas in a single unit. You can't do that anyway. If it's a modeling thing, regular Boyz bodies work well enough.
A Mek? Yes. Kustom Force Field for starters.

It's because GW puts together a lousy box set. You only get 4 lootas/burnas and then the fifth has to be a Mekboy. Similar to Kommando and Tankbusta boxes - you get a Nob in each one. I guess it's GW's way to make sure you buy 4 boxes to get one squad of 15 lootas (with parts leftover for 1 loota and 4 meks).

Which also leaves you the IMPORTANT bits for 16 Burnas.
As has been said, get 4 extra loose Boyz bodies for eaxh Lootas/Burnas box you buy, and it'll make 4 Burnas.
IMO, GW lost out on that kit. They'll increase Boyz sales from people buying Boyz boxes for the bodies, but they could've sold more kits if they'd separated the Loota and Burna bits.
I'm okay with it, though. LOL

Yeah, it's actually not a bad little kit. If you buy 3 boxes of loota/burnas and a box of Boyz, you can make 12 lootas and 12 burnas, plus a mek or two. Works out pretty well, plus it gives you an extra Power Klaw (can't never have enough, especially if you started with AoBR)
