Neal, owner of TheWarStore.com has a lot of discount 40k models, has any1 bought from there? any stories?

i have used him numerous times in the past, always quick service, great prices and hes really easy to work with if a problem occurs. i would highly recommend the warstore.

I've used WarStore and gotten pretty good service.

Yeah its pretty awesome and I prefer it for online purchases simply because of the customer service. You can actually just ask to talk to him if you have a really large order in the 100s of 100s as they will some time offer a larger discount or bulk discount. I cannot guarentee that though.

I've used it as well and was very happy with the service. I was referred to him by a friend and Neal remembered him. I thought that was pretty cool of him and I enjoyed using his services.

The War Store is one of the premire online gaming resources, I have used them for 4 years now and have had only great service from them.

The one order I had with a problem was fixed imediately without shipping cost, Neal tries very hard to treat his customers with respect and his prices are very reasonable.

I have heard though that he drinks the blood of puppies to live. Still really awesome discounts and service.

It is one of, it not THE best place to order ANYTHING from on the Internet.

Good prices, cheap shipping, fast service. I've emailed him a question at the wee hours of the night and he answered a couple hours later. He's always got time to answer questions. Sometimes his prices seem out of line, but he's usually the only place that has certain items and his customer service more than makes up for it. He's spoiled me for other sites that take more than a week to get my stuff to me.

If his crew makes a mistake, they make up for it in spades and quickly.

I have brought from Neal a few times and I have always been satisfied. He is friendly and courteous and my packages have consistently arrived quickly and in good condition. I recommend the Warstore highly.

I dealt with Neal 10 years ago when I first started playing 3rd edition, and also this past year when I got back into the hobby.

Both times, I had a similar experience- the communication was excellent before the purchase, but spottier afterwards. Both times I had some items delivered incorrectly, and had to try hard to get in touch with him to get it fixed.

The wonderful thing about Neal, is once you do get communication going, he seems to have a "the customer is always right" policy. This is great about him. I just wish my orders came right the first time, and that their communication was as good after the sale as before :-/

Just to put this in perspective, I put in an order of $700 this past fall. I know that's a lot to get right, but it was the communication that bothered me, as it was much easier to talk to them before the sale than after, when a few things had been messed up. I also asked for and received an extra 5% off for such a large order

So I'd give them an A-, but it's been a consistent A- for a long time, and they are very trustworthy and always get it right in the end, from what I've seen!

I've purchased multiple game systems from Neal for several years now and have never had a complaint. I giggle everytime I find a box on my doorstep with his sticker claiming "Your Reinforcements Have Arrived!"

Lord of Corn -If your the Lord of Corn, then why is your avatar of the Jolly green Giant? Hes the mascot of peas mostly isnt he? (yes I know they sell more then just peas lol)

Been using the warstore for years, although I do try and give most of my business to my FLGS. Never had an issue, and his range of historicals is surprising!

I placed an order with The War Store/Neal a few weeks ago using a credit from tournament winnings. They didn't have what I needed in stock but managed to get it in within 2 days, then sent everything to me overnight by UPS for the standard shipping rate.

I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Great folks over there. Knowledgeable enough that my Mother ordered GW stuff from them when I was younger (for Christmas presents).

I've been dealing with the warstore for years now and I have never had any problems with Neal. I always get my products very quickly and if there is an issue with my order it has always been fixed very quickly and in the best way possible. thewarstore.com is definitely my online retailer of choice for gaming products.

No complaints here. Very easy to talk to if there is ever a problem with your order. I ordered a chaos rhino that was out of stock and got my package pretty much the same week I ordered it anyways. Very fast service.

The warstore rocks!!! that is all.

Neal has been in buisness longer than just about any other online retailer Im aware of.

Lots of shops have come and gone, but the Warstore has been solid throughout.

I like him enough that when he made an error in my favor- I returned the merchandise to him. Most other online shops you feel entitled to the occasional extra, to make up for the numerous delays/headaches/mistakes.

I've never ordered any 40K stuff from TheWarStore, but have ordered Sabol stuff and BTech stuff. Never had an issue except for one 'Mech being missed, but Neal let me know within a day that a new one had been sent out.

If it wasn't for Malestrom providing equal customer service and 40K at a cheaper price, I'd order from Neal all the time.
