Somehow during a huge econimic boom we still managed to run deficits and not actually build anything of consequence infrastructure wise.
Then when the rearded govt who has been in power 12 years suddenly realised that they hadn't factored in the 1500 people moving to south east queensland each week they went bananas with infrastructure, that when finished will still not be enough to even meet current demands.

QLD will be running a 'temporary' deficit for 8 years.
The absolute shenanigans basket case of an economy that is New South Wales is expected to be in deficit for 1 year.

High tax + high expenditure = lame.
