With the loss of drop troops that the IG recently suffered I found myself truly unsatisfied. (rogue market, trading IG for dark eldar, ((over 10k in models, I have)) same user name)

I had heard about an update to the DE codex that gave raiders 4+ invuln saves and wyches gaining power weapons... (?!) is there any truth to this? PURE NON-SENSE?! I has very little clue on the subject.

I took up the cause of being 'that guy' in my local wargaming community about a month ago. Me being 'that guy' entailing that I would play Dark Eldar. I got back into this game about a year ago and discovered that nobody played this army. Hell, I discovered myself to be the only serious IG player! Boy, have times changed!

My latest endeavor into 40k is this: Make dark eldar work like drop guard or at least a semi-satisfying facsimile. Can I do it?
