No dude, I've bought them before. They come with nothing but 5 dudes and options for chainswords/pistols or bolters. I just used them for the Noise Marine upgrade sprue. It's cheaper than getting that crappy Noise Marine box.

What Dark and Nurgle said, NO. The box only comes with bits to make five average CSM, I bought one once to convert some DA Vets in to Fallen, but I need to replace them now they suffered a terrible fate.
Bottom line no upgrades, only good to upgrade other things. Or to make a 15 man squad.

Its fine for assisting in Chaosing up Space Wolves to make them look like the 13th or turning DA Vets into Fallen or to mix with a combat squad for recently turned Ultras.
